Refund Policy

1. Contract Cancellation and Refund Criteria

• Within 7 days of contract signing and before schedule confirmation: full refund
• After schedule confirmation: refund of 70% of the payment if canceled 30 days prior to the shoot
• After schedule confirmation: refund of 50% of the payment if canceled 14 days prior to the shoot
• No refund if canceled within 7 days of the shoot after schedule confirmation

2. Non‑refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

• No‑show on the day of the shoot due to customer’s personal reasons
• When preparation for the shoot (staff, location, equipment, etc.) has already begun
• Change of mind after delivery of the final product

3. Schedule Changes

You may change the schedule once, no later than 14 days before the shoot.

However, changes may not be possible due to studio circumstances; please inquire in advance.

Additional fees may apply for any requests made after that time.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving a request.

However, the refund timeframe may vary depending on the card issuer's policy. Please contact customer support for details.
